In a pre-coherence startup, you need to create infrastructure that makes it easy for your team to get from point A to point B without effort.

This creates a feedback loop where hard things become easy, because instead of needing to traverse the cow paths of experimentation, y’all can just jump on the interstate.

It is important to build a shared vision across the team-- encoding that vision into the culture through internal tools and infrastructure makes it easier for everyone to stay connected to the vision.
